This is our second time using Khai's services for our home. Khai is now our go-to and only plumber that we will have work on our home in the future. We trust his work as though he was working in his own house. He is thorough, meticulous, and complete in all his work. The worksite is always clean and in a better condition then when he found it. He gives a clear, plain-language walk through of what he did and more importantly what the homeowner needs to know about future maintenance and things to look out for. Our first time using Khai we needed to have our basement sewage pump replaced in order to pump to our septic tank. When he left, everything was working far better than when we moved into the house. Our second time using Khai was to install a whole house water filtration system. He knows how to perform the job in a way that will last the life of the house and minimize the time that the water is turned off during the job. We were again impressed with his ability to make our basement utility area look improved both functionally and aesthetically. We give our strongest recommendation to any one needing plumbing services to use Khai. You will never need to guess who to call after his first job in your home.
